Tutka Bay extends off Kachemek Bay south of Yukon Island. For those that haven't experienced Alaska at its finest, you probably won't be ready for what is in store for you. Your access will likely be by boat (that's how I got there). Traveling into the bay is a worthy experience and exploring beyond the bay waters is otherworldly. After being dropped off on a beach, I was able to enjoy nature for natures sake. With maybe two planes flying over and a total of a dozen boats passing by headed somewhere else in the bay, I was given the opportunity to remember life before cell phones and the internet. Beautiful views, fresh air, mostly only natures sounds(sometimes very quiet), and the knowledge if anything comes up, I'll deal with it once the water taxi picks me up.
